Kershaw Golden Egg Hunt: Beginning March 15, six golden eggs will be hidden on public property in the town. Each contains instructions to claim a gift certificate to a local business with the grand prize egg worth a $100 gift certificate. If all eggs are not found by March 25, clues will be posted on the town’s Facebook page and at Town Hall. Eggs must be turned in at Town Hall by 5 p.m. April 2 to claim prizes. Sponsored by the town of Kershaw and OceanaGold.

Andrew Jackson at 257: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 16 at Andrew Jackson State Park, 196 Andrew Jackson Park Road, Lancaster. Event will include reenactors, hands-on activity tables, and food from Porkbelly BBQ and David’s Dawgs. For details, call 803-285-3344.
