Buford Massacre Battlefield Cleanup: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. April 20 at the Buford Massacre Battlefield site, 262 Rock Rocky River Road, Buford. Volunteers are asked to bring, rakes, weed whackers, and leaf blowers they should also wear long sleeves and wear gloves and other safety protective equipment. Art reception: Lancaster County Council of the Arts opening reception for “A Lot of Faces” by Sydney Hinson Bucca at 3-4:30 p.m. April 21 at the Historic Springs House, 201 W. Gay St., Lancaster.
