Playoffs for the majority of spring sports start next week. Baseball, softball and boys and girls soccer will start the playoffs.
Teams, games and match-ups are subject to change, due to games being played after deadline.
For some teams, baseball pairings are already known. In 4A, the Lancaster Bruins, who finished third in Region 3-4A, will travel to Greer High School to open against the Yellow Jackets at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 29.
The Indian Land Warriors, who finished second in Region 3-4A, will host the Riverside High School Warriors to open their baseball playoffs.
Both Andrew Jackson and Buford will also open the baseball playoffs Monday, April 29, with Buford guaranteed a home game, due to finishing in the top two in Region 5-2A.
The Vols will also open the Lower State playoffs April 29, but should be on the road.
Both the 4A and 2A tournaments are double elimination.
The Buford Lady Jackets softball team has locked up the Region 5-2A title and will start its playoff run a home Wednesday, May 1.
Andrew Jackson should get in the playoffs as well, but would start its May 1 games on the road.
The 4A softball playoffs will start Tuesday, April 30. Indian Land will start the playoffs at home against either Laurens or Greer.
Lancaster should open on the road April 30 at Riverside.
Both the 4A and 2A tournaments are double elimination.
Due to their second-place finish in Region 3-4A, the Indian Land Lady Warriors will start the playoffs at home, likely against Wade Hampton from Greenville.
Buford finished second in Region 5-2A and will host a home game, while Andrew Jackson finished third and will be on the road to start.
Having locked up Region 5-2A, Andrew Jackson will open the playoffs at home, as will Buford, which finished second in the region. Their first-round matches are April 29.
Indian Land should open at home against Eastside on April 29 in the 4A tournament.
