LANCASTER, S.C. — Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital, a leading treatment center located between Charlotte and Columbia, has hired Kartez Burton as its human resources director.
Burton is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and comes to Rebound with more than six years of progressive field human resources experience. He initially began as an HR generalist and quickly transitioned into leadership.
His experience as an HR manager at a skilled nursing facility and later as the director of talent acquisition for a local hospital system provided Burton with a well-rounded perspective in the field of human resources.
This background includes managing diverse staff needs and recruitment strategies tailored to the health care industry, showcasing a valuable skill set for addressing HR challenges in various professional settings.
