LANCASTER, S.C. — Mrs. Wilma Jean Aldrich Boyd, 81, of Lancaster, widow of Richard Adam Boyd, Jr., passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, at her home.
She was born Sep. 30, 1942, in Buffalo, NY, a daughter of the late Vernon Aldrich, and Audrey Carmichael Aldrich.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband. They went on their dream vacation last year to Yellowstone.
A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Boyd will be private.
Mrs. Boyd is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Miller of Waxhaw, N.C.; a son, James L. Boyd of Spokane, Washington; and a grandchild, Lucas B. Miller of Waxhaw.
Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers; James Aldrich and Michael Aldrich.
