  • Pitt sweeps USCL at home Friday
     Staff Reports Friday, April 18 was not a good day for the University of South Carolina Lancaster  baseball team. The Lancers dropped both ends of a NJCAA Region X twin bill to visiting Pitt Community College at the Lancaster High School baseball field. The Lancers, coming off three losses in four game with Region X foe Florence-Darlington Tech last weekend, were hoping for better results in their return home. The two losses dropped the Lancers to 30-17 overall, 14-9 in Region X play.

      The University of South Carolina at Lancaster baseball team capped its weekend series with Florence-Darlington Tech, dropping two games to the Stingers on Sunday, April 13. USCL is 30-15, including a 14-7 region mark.
  • Lancers spear Indians
      The University of South Carolina Lancaster Lancers capped a four-game weekend series with USC-Salkehatchie, sweeping the host Indians on Sunday, March 30 in Allendale. The Lancers, 26-11, 10-4, split the Saturday, March 29 twin bill, but rebounded to down the Indians, 6-4, 11-2 on Sunday, March 30.
  • Lancers sweep Junior Wolves
     The University of South Carolina Lancaster moved its baseball record to 23-10 with a road sweep of the Newberry Junior Wolves on Wednesday, March 26.  The Lancers capped the twin bill with a 15-0 win over the Junior Wolves.
  • Lancers rebound, sweep
      The University of South Carolina Lancaster Lancers rebounded from a pair of Region X baseball losses on Saturday, March 22 to post two wins on Sunday, March 23 at USC Sumter. The Lancers downed the Fire Ants, 7-2 and 2-0 in the Sunday sweep.
  • Lancers sweep Junior Saints
      The University of South Carolina Lancaster Lancers upped their baseball record to 19-8 with a home sweep of the Limestone junior varsity on Thursday, March 20 at the Lancaster High baseball field. The Lancers drilled 15 hits on the way to a 12-5 win over the Junior Saints in the opener. Mitchell Price led USCL with two hits, including a home run, and drove in two runs. Casey Parker produced two hits, including a solo home run, and drove in a run.
