  • Speedway to host Extreme 4 Fest

    Lancaster Motor Speedway will be hosting the M&M Muffler & Tire Stock 4/Extreme 4 Fest with $500 to win paying both the Stock 4 and FWD/UCAR Division on Saturday, July 21.

  • Catoe captures first main event win

    Crate Sportsman
    Jacob “Smooth” Catoe and Jeffrey “Red Rocket” McGuirt were in the front row of the Crate Sportsman main event. When the green flag dropped to start the race, Catoe, McGuirt, Travis Payne and Kye Norwood all roared into turn one. Exiting turn two, Catoe battled to the lead in front of a hard-charging McGuirt and Payne. Catoe started to pull away from the rest of the field as McGuirt and Payne dueled for second place. As the laps ticked off, Catoe went on to capture his first main event win of the year.

  • I-77 Speedway to host Carolina Clash SLM

    CHESTER – I-77 Speedway is set to host the Carolina Clash Super Late Model series Saturday, July 14.
    This will mark the series first visit to the 33-year-old speedway. The stars of the Carolina Clash will battle it out on the high banks of I-77 Speedway for the $4,000 top prize. With no other touring series in action on Saturday, a large number of drivers are expected. Luke Roffers, the current points leader for 2012 will be there, along with Dennis “Rambo” Franklin, Jeff Smith, Ricky Weeks, Johnny Pursley, Ross Bailes and $20,000 man Scott Autry.

  • Lancaster Motor Speedway set for action

    Saturday night, July 14, should be an exciting night at Lancaster Motor Speedway with seven divisions competing in the Vintage Venegance part 2.
    During this special race, the No. 45 Purple Mustang of Marty Spittle will have to start in the rear of the field after winning three in a row. Spittle charged from the rear of the field Saturday night on his way to winning his third straight.

  • Laney captures FWD/UCAR main event win

    There was plenty of racing action Saturday night at Lancaster Motor Speedway.
    David “Porkchop” Motes and Joseph Laney were in the front row for the FWD/UCAR main event. When the green flag dropped, Motes, Joseph Laney, David Laney and Mel Privette all battled for the lead entering turn one.

  • Speedway to host double points races Saturday night

    Lancaster Motor Speedway will feature double points night at the track Saturday, July 7.

    The  NDRA GM Performance Late Models has $1,200 to win and $100 to start. The NDRA GM Performance Late Models will be the only division qualifying.

    Bryan “Cheeseburger” Mullis captured his first-ever win in the Crate Sportsman Division to highlight racing action at Lancaster Motor Speedway on Saturday night.

  • LMS hosts Independence Day Shootout on Saturday

    Champion Race Helmets will present the Independence Day Shootout on Saturday, June 30 at Lancaster Motor Speedway.

    The race features the NDRA GM Performance Late Models with $1,200 to win and $100 to start. The NDRA GM Performance Late Models will be qualifying and running heat races.
