After a three-day weather-related shutdown, Lancaster County government offices will resume business at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, said County Administrator Steve Willis.

However, due to effects of this week's ice and snow storm, a limited number of county convenience sites will be open this weekend, Willis said.

“We’ll have four convenience sites open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.,“ he said. “These are Lynwood Drive, Erwin Farm, Racetrack and Kershaw.”

Since entrances to some of the convenience sites remain treacherous, Willis said county officials made a decision “to err on the side of safety.”
