Lancaster Motor Speedway is set to host a regular night of racing action Saturday.
The track was scheduled to host the Faith Funerburke Realty Super Stock Shootout, but with struggling car counts in the Super Stock Division to open the season, co-promoters Eric Caskey and Shannon Munn decided to reschedule the Shootout until later in the season.
The LMS Saturday night card will feature the SECA Crate Late Models $1,000 to win, Super Stock, SECA Crate Sportsman, Renegade, Thunder Bomber, Pure Stock V8, Vintage and Extreme 4.
Driver Benji Knight will have to start in the rear of the field in the Thunder Bomber Division after capturing three straight wins as set by track rules.
The pits open at 4 p.m., and grandstands at 4:30.
The drivers’ meeting is at 6 p.m., with hot laps at 6:15.
Pits admission is $25, and $13 for the grandstands.
Fans looking to purchase a DVD, at $10 each, from any race this season, should contact Jackie Sims in the pits, or send him a message on Facebook,
