Lady Jackets looking for stellar season

-A A +A
By Robert Howey

The Buford High School Lady Jackets made a strong run in the Class AA Upper State softball playoffs last spring and they look to do the same this season.
BHS, led by sixth-year head coach Lael Allen, has her share of experienced players and key returnees from the 17-10 team of 2018 to make a strong postseason run.
Buford has started well, sporting a 5-1 mark entering the week.
Pitching plays a key role, and Buford will look to sophomore hurler Yancey Dingler to do well in the circle.
