The County Administration Building and all library branches will close at noon today, and the libraries will not open Saturday.
County recycling and convenience sites are closed today and Saturday.
All county recreation programs are canceled through Sunday.
The Lancaster County Job Fair set for Sept. 20 is postponed until further notice.
The town of Kershaw will suspend normal operations, including garbage collection, at noon today, but essential personnel will be on call.
The bowling alley at Kershaw’s Stevens Park is closed until further notice. The golf course is closed and will reopen Tuesday, if possible.
Kershaw Town Council’s Monday meeting is postponed until Sept. 24.
The Community Playhouse of Lancaster County has canceled this weekend’s performances of “A Night of One Acts.” They will be rescheduled later.
The Moriah Baptist Association has canceled its singles breakfast this Saturday. It will be rescheduled later.
The Marion Blackmon family reunion scheduled for Sunday has been canceled.
The Lancaster County Council Administration Committee’s Sept. 13 meeting has been changed to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the County Administration Building.
The Lancaster County Career Fair scheduled for next Thursday has been canceled and will be rescheduled later. Applications for current vacancies can still be made online at www.mylancastersc.org/jobs and paper applications are available at the human resources office at 101 N. Main St., Lancaster.
The Community Engagement Corps has postponed Monday’s Community Conversation until Sept. 24. The location and time remain the same.
Saturday’s Edgewater Fishing Creek Lake cleanup has been postponed until 9 a.m. Sept. 29.
The Marian Hagins Memorial Art Competition Reception and Awards Presentation has been postponed until 3-5 p.m. Sept. 30.
The chamber of commerce has canceled Friday’s Morning Business Connections. The next event will be Oct. 12 at CrossRidge Café in Indian Land.
