    KERSHAW – The girls title game in the Comporium Christmas Classic was a rematch of the 2014 holiday hoops championship contest between the Lady Volunteers of AJ and Parkwood of Union County, N.C.

    The Lady Vols opened fast and led 14-7 at the end of the first quarter.

    KERSHAW – The Indian Land Warriors prevailed in a hardwood battle to capture the boys championship in the Comporium Christmas Classic at Andrew Jackson High School on Monday, Dec. 29.

    The Warriors, 6-3, took the title with a tough 55-49 win over tournament host Andrew Jackson, IL’s region and county foe.

    Play in the annual Comporium Christmas Classic at Andrew Jackson High School opened Saturday, Dec. 27 with a full slate of four games.
