    BUFORD - The Friday night lights in Buford hosted the McBee Panthers this week and the visitors went home the victors with an 18-0 win.

    It was homecoming night for the Yellow Jackets, as Jordan Boone took home the crown. The night quickly became bitter-sweet for the host Jackets, however, as they were blanked by the Panthers 18-0.

    The Panthers posted their first points on the night with 6:54 remaining in the first quarter when MHS ace running back Justin Bristow toted the football into the end zone from two yards out.

    BLYTHEWOOD – Lancaster High senior running back Jamias Clark’s “shot” in this Kansas Shootout left the Bruins standing tall and proud in a thrilling 13-10 Region IV-AAAA football road win over Blythewood on Friday night.

    Clark capped the LHS comeback victory, blasting through a right-side hole on a five-yard sprint to lift the Bruins, 6-2, 1-1, to the three-point win in overtime, also known as a Kansas Shootout.
