The Lancaster High School cross country team split a home meet with county foe Indian Land on Tuesday.The Bruins won the boys’ meet with an 18-45 score.Wylie Penegar led the LHS runners with a 16:52 effort. Drew Burn was second, running a 17:03. Graham Taylor was fourth overall with a 19:11. Jordan Caroway, 19:13, and Grayson Snipes, 19:35, and Peyton Brumfield, 19:35, rounded out the top LHS finishers.“I was definitely pleased with the performance of our runners overall,” LHS coach Josh Pauling said.
