FORT LAWN – The annual Lancaster Dixie Baseball sponsors dinner featured a salute to the program’s elite AAA all-stars Wednesday night at the Catawba Fish Camp.The AAA stars, ages 9-10, captured the program’s first Dixie Youth state championship in 27 years in July when the team defeated tournament host Hartsville twice to advance to the World Series in LaGrange, Ga.“This team had a lot of fight and heart,” said Lancaster Dixie Baseball chairman David Hance.
