    The Lancaster Dixie Boys 14 all-stars are 1-1 in the district baseball tournament at the Rodman Complex in Chester County.

    The Lancaster stars returned to Rodman to face  Kershaw County on Tuesday, June 30 at 6 p.m.

    Post 31, in its 72nd season of Legion baseball, held a 7-6 mark going into a League V road clash with Fort Mill Post 43 on Tuesday, June 30.

     The Lancaster County swim team Sharks captured a 290-98 win over the Kershaw Stingrays on Monday, June 22.

    Lancaster was paced by Tamra Tipton, Makenzy Mills, Simon Wright, Samuel Page and Lauren Spencer who each posted four firsts in the meet.

  • Post 31 sweeps Rock Hill at home


    Lancaster Post 31 swept a League V doubleheader from Rock Hill Post 34 at Eggleton Field on Thursday, June 25.

    Lancaster won the opener, 2-1 and completed the sweep with a 10-7 win in game two.

    The Lancaster Dixie Baseball Class AA all-stars captured the district championship with a 15-3 win over Gaffney National in Blacksburg on Wednesday, June 24.

    The Lancaster AA stars, ages 7-8, went unbeaten in four games, outscoring their foes, 63-4.

    Lancaster Post 31 outlasted Fort Mill, taking an 11-10 home win over FM Post 43 at Eggleton Field on Tuesday, June 23.

    P-31, snapping a 7-all draw, scored four runs in the seventh inning to take the win.

  • Lancaster County Sharks notch...


    The Lancaster County Parks and Recreation swim team posted a 329-148 win over host Camden on Saturday, June 20.

    The LCST Sharks had a solid effort, which was led by Amelia Wright, Makenzy Mills, Simon Wright, Taylor Teague, Nathan Reid and Gracie Scott who had four wins each.
