  • Rain a pain at LSS on Saturday night

     

    Mother Nature dominated the action at Lancaster Super Speedway on Saturday, June 7.

    Lancaster Super Speedway officials were able to get all the heat races completed in every division and were on track to start qualifying for the SECA Crate Late Model division and it started to rain.

  • Baker bounty highlights track action

     

    Lancaster Super Speedway is hosting six divisions of racing, with the Heintz Performance SECA Crate Late Models, Faith Funderburke Realty Super Stock, Deal 1 Auto Sales SECA Crate Sportsman, Cauthen Motors Renegades, U.S. Bonding Vintage and M&M Garage Extreme 4.

  • Franklin captures eventful Carolina Clash checkers

     

    The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series rolled into Lancaster Super Speedway on Saturday, May 30 with 16 of the best Super Late Model Drivers in the Carolina's competing for the $4,000 prize.

    The front row had Tim “The Toolman” Allen and fan favorite and hometown driver “The Rock Hill Bad Boy” Ben Watkins.

    At the green, Allen, Watkins, another hometown favorite, Josh Langley, and Johnny Pursley battled for the lead entering turn one.

  • LSS to host historic racing event

     

    Saturday night, May 30 will be a landmark event in the 61-year history of the Lancaster Super Speedway.

    For the first time in LSS history, the legendary half-mile dirt oval will host the Super Late Models and Sprint Cars on the same night.

    The car count was low at Lancaster Super Speedway on Saturday, but the racing was intense with some of the best of the 2015 LSS season to date.

    Bounty time has arrived at Lancaster Super Speedway.

    The bounty is on Cauthen Motors Renegade driver Andrew Baker, and the reason for the bounty is because Andrew Baker has won four straight races in the division, with his latest coming Saturday, May 16.

  • Mangum nets Limited Late Model checkers

     

    Timbo Mangum highlighted Lancaster Super Speedway racing action, taking the checkers in the Limited Late Model Division win Saturday, May 16.

    Mangum and Jonathan Edwards were on the front row, and when the green flag fell, Mangum, Edwards, David Yandle and Billy Lambert battled for the lead entering turn one.

  • Limited Late Models highlight LSS card

     

    Lancaster Super Speedway will return the ever-popular Limited Late Model Division to highlight racing Saturday, May 16.

    The Limited Late Model Division is a fan favorite for years at the big half-mile oval.

  • Harrington takes first RWD win

     

    Ethan Harrington highlighted Lancaster Super Speedway action Saturday, May 9 when he captured his first career win in an exciting Rear Wheel Drive 4-Cylinder main event.

    In the Rear Wheel Drive 4-Cylinder main, only four cars started, but it took only two to make a good race.
