  • Lancaster drivers focus on KOC race

    Lancaster Super Speedway drivers are focusing on this weekend and the King of the Carolinas race  at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, N.C.
    Some of the LSS drivers competing in the events include Ben Watkins, Josh Langley, Timbo Mangum, Brandy Baker, Andrew Baker, Benji Knight, Bill Knight, Pebo Johnson, Hank Taylor, Travis Mosley, Brent Hodges, Andy Hodges, Kyle Norwood, Rocky Phillips, Stevie Totherow, Travis Steele, Pat Linsday, Alexus Motes, Mike Baucom, Jacob Catoe, Brady Kirk, Travis Payne and Justin Fite.

    Lancaster Super Speedway drivers are  preparing this week for this weekend’s King Of The Carolinas race held at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, N.C.
    Some of the LSS drivers who will be competing in the events will be Timbo Mangum, Brandy Baker, Andrew Baker, Benji Knight, Bill Knight, Pebo Johnson, Hank Taylor, Travis Mosley, Brent Hodges, Andy Hodges, Kyle Norwood and Rocky Phillips.

  • Lancaster drivers gearing up for KOC race

    Lancaster Super Speedway drivers are preparing their cars for the fourth annual King Of The Carolinas race at Carolina Speedway in Gastiona, N.C.
    Lancaster drivers have held their own throughout the years at the KOC races and will be seeking to do the same this year. The Carolinas’ best dirt track drives will come to the track known as “The Action Track,” Oct. 13-15.

  • Track’s championship night highlights LSS’s 2016 finale

    LSS honored the track’s 2016 points champions Saturday night.
    The SECA Crate Late Models titlist is Benji Knight, and the Montgomery Towing Super Stock winner is Johnny Starkey. The Deal 1 Auto Sales SECA Crate Sportsman top spot went to “Wild Bill” Knight. The Cauthen Motors Renegade winner was “Burn ’Em Down” Steve Hinson, The Vintage champ was Ron Geehring, and the M&M Garage Extreme 4 winner was Chris Hinson.

  • LSS hosts points championship awards night

    The annual Lancaster Super Speedway points championship awards night highlights LSS action Saturday night.
    During intermission, the points championship trophies and various awards for the 2016 season will be presented to drivers.
    The night also features a full racing program.
    Divisions running will be SECA Crate Late Model, Montgomery Towing Super Stock, Deal 1 Auto Sales SECA Crate Sportsman, Cauthen Motors Renegade, U.S. Bonding Vintage and M&M Garage Extreme 4.

  • Johnson captures SECA Crate Sportsman victory

    The Johnson family has been a fixture at Lancaster Super Speedway for years, so victory lane to the Johnson family comes natural. It did again Saturday night.
    The Deal 1 Auto Sales SECA Crate Sportsman main event front row had Justin Fite and Jackson Thomasson.

  • Speedway’s final 2016 points race slated Saturday night

    As the 2016 Lancaster Super Speedway season winds to a close with only a handful of races left at the big half-mile track, LSS hosts its final points race Saturday.
    Divisions running include the Montgomery Towing Super Stock, Deal 1 Auto Sales SECA Crate Sportsman, Cauthen Motors Renegades, U.S. Bonding Vintage and M&M Garage Extreme 4. The Montgomery Towing Super Stock and U.S. Bonding Vintage Division are the only divisions that can be decided on the points battle Saturday night.

  • Cauthen captures exciting Montgomery Towing Super Stock win

    Veteran driver Matthew Cauthen captured a landmark win in the wild and crazy Montgomery Towing Super Stock main event Saturday night at Lancaster Super Speedway,
    Cauthen was on the front row with Stevie Totherow,
    At the green flag, Totherow, Cauthen, Artie Brownell and Jason Gulledge battled for the lead entering turn one. Exiting turn two, Cauthen led, while the battle behind him was intense.
    The race for second between Totherow, Brownell, Gulledge and Starkey had the fans cheering as the drivers beat and banged on each other.

  • SECA Crate Late Models return

    Lancaster Super Speedway roars back to action with the SECA Crate Late Model Division returning to headline the action Saturday night.
    The SECA Crate Late Models will be paying $1,000 to win.
    This season has seen some of the best SECA Crate Late Model racing at LSS in years, with Timbo Mangum and Benji Knight leading the way with two wins apiece.
    Other drivers who have won on the 2016 racing season are Steve Banal one, Chris Hargett one, Chris Steele one, Brandy Baker one and Pat Linsday one.

  • Robbie Helms captures Renegade win

    Last Saturday’s races at Lancaster Motor Speedway included Montgomery Towing Super Stock, Deal 1 Auto Sales SECA Crate Sportsman, Cauthen Motors Renegades, M&M Garage Extreme 4 and U.S. Bonding Vintage.
    Montgomery Towing Super Stock finishing order was  Brandy Baker, Jason Gulledge, Joseph Engelbrecht, Elias Grant, Johnny Starkey, Andrew Winderl and Michael Stuart.
