Jackets trip Vols, 6-4

Buford snapped a two-game losing skid in Region IV-AA baseball play, taking a 6-4 home win over Andrew Jackson on Friday night.

BHS used a three-run fourth inning to build a 6-2 lead before AJ scored single runs to make it close, but the Jackets held on for the win.

Dylan Sistare’s bases-clearing double keyed the Jackets’ three-run rally in the fourth to give BHS the runs needed for the victory.

Sistare had a double, three RBIs and scored a run.
