EASLEY – The way Lancaster High sophomore star Sindarius Thornwell saw it,
he and his Bruins’ teammates had two options – step up, or make strides
for home.
“We didn’t want to go home,” said Thornwell, who scored 25 points and
grabbed 10 rebounds to help the 19-7 Bruins march on with a 76-66 win over host Easley in the Class AAAA Upper State boys basketball playoffs.
