Marc Truesdale is making his mark in road racing, and Saturday was another solid step for the Andrew Jackson High School history teacher.
Truesdale, who has qualified for the 2019 Boston Marathon with a 3:02:40 effort in the Tobacco Road Marathon in Cary, N.C., on March 17, dashed to the Laps for Lancers 10K win on Saturday morning at USC Lancaster.
Truesale, with a 40:00.5 effort, topped the field by 78-seconds.
Truesdale, 38, won for the second straight year when he won in 39 minutes.
