I’ve heard that members of our Lancaster County Council ain’t supposed to talk or do stuff behind our backs. You know make decisions that benefit some and hurt others.
I just wonder if they can talk to each other without breaking parliamentary rules? From what I read reported in The Lancaster News, it shore does seem like they are, at times, confused over matters. Some claim they never heard of some stuff going on.
Is a council member in the wrong if he or she ventures over onto another council person’s turf?
