While the 2016 Red Rose Festival got off to a soggy start Friday, Main Street was a busy, vibrant place Saturday.
By lunchtime, the Ferris Wheel was turning, with riders waiting in line.
“I’m so glad the rain’s not here,” said Mark Barrett, who was manning the Christian Services information tent. “It’s starting to break up and the skies are getting brighter.”
Children of all ages were enjoying the downtown fun.
