Today I am announcing my support for Sen. Jeff Sessions as attorney general of the United States.
The Department of Justice is charged with upholding some of the most basic tenets of our Constitution, as well as laws that were forged through the blood, sweat and tears of generations of Americans, including many people of color. The AJ boys, facing a talented Lower Richland team, dropped a 64-45 loss to the Diamonds of coach Caleb Gaither, a Lancaster native.
The Lady Vols made a hard charge only to fall short in the girls’ title game, losing to Cuthbertson of Waxhaw, N.C., 58-48.
Mandy Powers Norrell was reelected to the S.C. House in November. I think she and her husband, Mitch, are the best lawyers in Lancaster.
And she’s a Democrat! I’m a Republican – yay Trump!
We need to unite, America. But for that to happen, the Democratic Party needs new blood. People like Mandy can bring smarts to the party.
