I have had the opportunity to work with the S.C. General Assembly for the better part of 40 years. Most of this time was spent with the Department of Natural Resources in the Division of Marine Resources. During that time, few members of the General Assembly demonstrated a greater commitment to wildlife, coastal marine and forestry conservation than Greg Gregory.
His success in the hard-fought battle of wills in 2002 to protect the red drum fish from over-fishing is just one example of his legislative accomplishments.

Honesty, integrity and humility. Those are the qualities I want in the S.C. Senate District 16 senator.
Rob McCoy is a relative of mine, but that is not the reason I am voting for him in the Republican primary on Feb. 22. It has, however, given me the opportunity to know his character up close and personal. His wife, Misty McCoy, works close with him and assist with functions, such as the tea parties, campaigning, etc. What a great asset McCoy will be for South Carolina.

On Feb. 22, there is a special primary to determine the Republican candidate for the S.C. District 16 Senate seat.  Since it is a special primary, it is a time when few people vote.
This means your vote counts more than most elections. I am asking you to vote for a proven leader – Greg Gregory.
During the 16-year period between 1992 and 2008, Greg Gregory fought harder than anyone for us, the citizens of his district.

The race for the S.C. Senate District 16 seat is being hard fought. After seeing and listening to the contenders, my thoughts are that several are strong, some are weak and one’s residency is in question. So, who is the strongest of the strong? I am convinced that Greg Gregory is the man for the job.
