Indian Land High School sophomore kicker Brandon Dickerson has kicked his way to a second straight appearance in the International Bowl.
Dickerson, 15, played in the 2016 International Bowl at the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium and he will return for a second straight year in Arlington, Texas.

Though we ended up with less snow accumulation than originally predicted, snow and freezing rain caused 34 power outages in the county, schools and the county operated on a two-hour delay Monday morning and sports events set for the weekend were rescheduled. SCDOT crews helped keep freezing on S.C roads to a minimum using nearly 803,000 gallons of salt brine, 891 tons of sand and more than 6,000 tons of salt, and few incidents were reported.
Karen Denise Fischer of Lancaster and Nathan Lee Mackey of Charlotte were united in marriage on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at one o’clock in the afternoon at Sherwood Baptist Church in Lancaster. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Rusty McAlister. Music for the ceremony was provided by pianist Kathy Weiss and organist Bob Hickling.
