    A Lancaster High School basketball player was shot and killed last night after a community basketball game at Hope on the Hill.
    Information about the murder was sparse Thursday morning, but the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office confirmed the identity of the 17-year-old as Allen Cooper Jr. of Lancaster.
    Lancaster Police Chief Scott Grant said in a release that officers were called to the community center at the Barr Street School campus, 612 W. Meeting St., about 9:07 p.m. They found Cooper shot and lying on the ground.
