The Andrew Jackson Volunteers rolled to a 16-1 win over Eau Claire to open Conference IV-AA baseball play on Tuesday.
Tripp Rollings, an eighth-grader, was the winning hurler to even his mark at 2-2. Rollings fanned 13 and tossed a two-hitter. He allowed two walks.
Bobby Delly, Adam Eubanks, Daniel Pardue, Chad DiCola, Ryan Phillips and Rollings each banged two hits to pace the Volunteers.
Cory Ingram, Tyler Rodgers and Tyler Bradley each had a hit.
