    Tiffany Brooke Garris and Harold Dale Conrad Jr. were married July 12, 2014, at River Hills Country Club in Lake Wylie by Alvin Boyd.
    The bride is the daughter of Larry and Annette Garris of Lancaster. She is the granddaughter of Jerry and Mary Garris of Lancaster. She is a 2012 graduate of Lancaster High School. She is a clerical worker at Garris Jewelers Inc.

  • Bowers-Cook Engagement

    Mr. and Mrs. William Lester Bowers of Heath Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Madison Bowers, to Bob Cook, both of Kershaw.
    The wedding is planned for 6:30 p.m. June 20, 2015, in Aiken.
    Miss Bowers is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Lee Crenshaw of Heath Springs and the late Mr. and Mrs. Manley Brice Bowers Sr. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston and is a special education teacher with the Lancaster County School District.

  • Plyler-Chandler Engagement

    Tony Plyler of Augusta, Ga., and Ruthie Walters of Lancaster announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Hope Plyler, to Jeffrey Samuel Chandler, both of Lancaster.
    The wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m. Jan. 3, 2015, at Glenwood Heights Baptist Church in Lancaster.
    Miss Plyler is a 1996 graduate of Lancaster High School and received a degree in health science from York Technical College in 2001. She is studying applied science in accounting at York Tech and works in accounting for Innova Disc Golf.
