  • Police reports – January 16, 2011

    According to Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office reports:
    • Deputies responded to a car fire outside an Indian Land house on Jan. 7. The owner of the car told deputies she started the car so it would warm up, but when she came back outside and drove the car, she noticed smoke and fire coming from under the hood. The Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Department responded. Damage is estimated at $1,500.

  • Police reports – December 19, 2010

    According to Lancaster Police Department reports:
    • John Henry Jones Jr., 51, 2300 Neal Switch Road, was charged Dec. 10 with simple possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container violation and failure to surrender drivers license.
    • Robert Duie McClain, 45, 1629 Home Circle, was charged Dec. 11 with simple possession of marijuana and seat-belt violation.

    • Martinez Johnnell Cloud, 19, was charged Oct. 16 with simple possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and operating uninsured vehicle.

    According to Lancaster County Sheriff's Office reports:
    • Residents of the Arrowood neighborhood reported that their mailboxes were vandalized on Oct. 16.
