The trial for a Lancaster County man charged in a 2007 murder is slated to begin Monday.
Jermaine Richardson, 21, was shot about 9:30 p.m. March 9, 2007, as he sat in the driver’s seat of a blue Cadillac in the 700 block of Pardue Street Apartments.
Sixth Circuit Solicitor Doug Barfield said a jury pool will report to the county’s temporary court facility on S.C. 9 at 11 a.m. Attorneys hope to have a jury chosen by the end of the morning, with the trial beginning in the afternoon, Barfield said. The trial is expected to last through Wednesday.
