Residents in Indian Land are meeting at various sites in the Panhandle discussing the option of becoming a municipality. Some say they want to have their own voice in how they are governed. Scott Slatton with the Municipal Association of South Carolina explained the detailed process of incorporation. What are your thoughts? Should Indian Land, the fastest-growing community in Lancaster County, become incorporated?
