  • Haley Anne Snipes and Samuel Edgar Steele were married at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, in the garden of the Magnolia Room in Rock Hill, by the groom’s father, the Rev. John Dale Steele.

    The bride is the daughter of William Thomas Snipes and Sharon Harper Snipes of Lancaster. She is the granddaughter of Jacqueline Snipes and Charles Edward Snipes and the late Sally Ann Harper and late Bart Harper, all of Lancaster.
