Ken and Mary Ann Hudson announce the engagement of their daughter, Alora Hudson, to Jeremy Broyles, all of Lancaster.
The wedding is planned for 4:30 p.m. April 2, 2016, at Carnes Lake.
Miss Hudson is the granddaughter of Mary Williams and the late Gulva Wiliams and the late Ralph and Frances Hudson of Lancaster. She is a graduate of Buford High School and a graduate of Walden University with a masters degree in reading and literacy. She works as an elementary school teacher in the Lancaster County school district.
Hannah Elizabeth Arnold and Eric Samuel Rallings were married Oct. 3, 2015, at the War Memorial Building in Chester by Pastor Chip Sneed.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert “Bobby” Patrick Arnold of Blackstock. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Heyward Orr Moser, the late Myrna B. Caroll and the late Tommy Arnold.
Amber Chrise Smith and Earl Samuel Phillips, both of Ladson, were married Sept. 19, 2015, at Saluda Shoals Park in Columbia by the Rev. Lorenzo Moses.
The bride is the daughter of Adrienna Smith of Lancaster and the late Moses Smith Jr.
She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Lancaster with an associate’s degree in biology and the University of South Carolina Upstate with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She is a histotechnologist at AP Laboratories in Charleston.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edgeworth A. Kelley III of Kershaw. She is the granddaughter of JoAnn Carter Jordan and the late David H. “Doc” Jordan of Fort Lawn, and the late Dr. and Mrs. Edgeworth A Kelley Jr. of Kershaw. Honorary grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Michael M. Dyer of Aiken.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles McGriff announce the engagement of their daughter, Amelia LaTara McGriff, all of Lancaster, to Edgar Allen Henderson Jr. of Charlotte.
The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Aug. 15, 2015, at Flint Hill Baptist Church in Rock Hill.
Miss McGriff is a graduate of Carolina Christian Academy. She received a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Clafin University and a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University. She is an executive producer for WCCB Charlotte.
