    Artists, vendors needed for Red Rose Festival

    Artists, craftsmen, food vendors, nonprofit agencies and commercial vendors are needed for the 2018 Red Rose Festival on May 18 and 19.     Mobile food truck April 20
    The Christian Services mobile food truck will be at Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1829 Beacon Road, Lancaster, 8:30-10:30 a.m. April 20. One set of food will be given per address. To qualify, you must live in Lancaster County, have a valid picture ID, show proof of residency and meet income guidelines. For income guidelines or details, visit the Christian Services Food Pantry.

    IL Action Council sponsors cleanup 

    Indian Land Action Council is sponsoring a litter cleanup, Pick Up the Panhandle, the weekend of April 21. ILAC is coordinating with all area groups who have Adopt-a-Highway programs through Palmetto Pride, as well as creating new teams to do a cleanup of highways and collector roadways in the Indian Land and Van Wyck areas and throughout the Panhandle.
