This is an open letter to the woman who neglected her child at the Murphy gas station on the S.C. 9 Bypass about 5:30 p.m. on March 25. You were driving a green Honda.
Did you even watch your infant when I was pumping gas and heard him/her screaming from the back seat while you were making your purchase inside the store?
Did you notice when I looked for you and then when I finished pumping my gas I walked inside and saw you still at the counter while my son watched your car?
