In Lancaster County, the local primary is June 10. From my observation, the voter turnout is not a sufficient representation of the total population in local elections.
When a presidential election is held the population turns out in masses.
That same response is needed now. Very important offices are up for election. Now is the time to make our voice heard, again.
Our local elections have a direct effect on us as a people. We have a say in who runs our local government.
