Woman can’t get out of her driveway

It is time for Lancaster County Council elections. Let’s vote in someone who will help people get the services we need. Take a look at this picture. This is the street – Patricia Street – I live on. It is a mess.
I cannot even get out of my driveway.
I pay road taxes just like everyone else.
