Arvan Williams, a 1981 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School, completed his first AIDS/Life Cycle Ride.
The fundraiser was held June 3-9 to bring awareness and assist those infected or affected by the disease.
Along with 2,200 other cyclists representing 44 states and 16 countries, Williams cycled 545 miles, beginning in San Francisco and ending in Los Angeles, Calif.
