When will the new homes be built?

INDIAN LAND – Edenmoor Land Acquisition (ELA) announced Feb. 9 that Bonterra Homes of Matthews, N.C., was beginning construction on three new homes in Walnut Creek with plans for up to 25 more by other builders in coming months.
But as of Tuesday, no actual home construction had begun.
The indications of possible future homes were Bonterra Homes signs posted on two empty lots in the 8600 block of Arrington Road announcing their availability.
