Warriors top Jackets, Bruins

Indian Land High School junior 140-pounder Thomas Harris has been a major player in the Warriors' wrestling success this season.

On Tuesday night, Harris gave IL an early spark in helping the Warriors take a 46-30 win over county foe Buford.

Harris, with IL trailing 12-4, keyed an 18-0 run to boost the Warriors to the 16-point win.

"Thomas has had a solid season; and, at that point in the match, he responded with a key pin," IL coach Mike Kersey said. "Thomas is a veteran and he gave us that needed spark."
