INDIAN LAND – Indian Land rallied late and held on to produce some Warriors’ basketball history Wednesday night.
Indian Land used an 18-12 fourth-quarter surge to take a 50-45 comeback win over Nation Ford High School of Fort Mill for the Warriors’ first win in their new gym.
Indian Land had lost to Class AAAA foe York on Tuesday in the IL gym opener, but Wednesday was a different story.
The Falcons held a 33-32 lead going into the final period, but the Warriors, behind Karl Watson, charged for the victory.
