Andrew Jackson scored a pair of goals over a five-minute flurry to take a 2-1 win over Lancaster High School and capture the first Rose City Soccer Classic championship on Saturday.The Volunteers’ win capped a 3-0 run in the two-day tournament which was played at Lancaster Memorial Stadium.The field included all four county boys’ soccer teams.LHS, which went 0-1-2 in the tourney, broke on top as Drew Christensen scored off a Ethan Kramer corner kick five minutes into the match.The Vols answered as Daniel Wright tallied a goal to stalemate the match at 1-all.
