KERSHAW – Andrew Jackson will be battling a familiar foe in its hopes of staying in the race for the Class AA Upper State championship series.
The 17-12 Volunteers, after a tough 5-4 loss to Chesnee, will be at home Wednesday, May 8 to face Chesterfield High School in an elimination game at 6 p.m.
The Vols, who split a pair of regular-season region games with the CHS Rams, will face Chesterfield, which fell to AJ, 2-0 in the opening game of the double-elimination Class AA Upstate championship series.
