Lately there have been several reports of people and animals being attacked by vicious dogs. The resolution to the problem vary depending on who you talk to. What are your suggestions?

Did those dogs have an owner

Did those dogs have an owner or they were just street dogs? Either way the matter requires different approaches. We have the solutions right in front of us, sterilization for the street dogs and bite protections masks for the dogs that have an owner. Other people may just use dog tags for dogs as a warning but that won't be enough.
