Vaughn: Buford High student mistakenly brings two rifles to school

Authorities say a Buford High School student did the right thing this week, but was still arrested and will be held accountable for mistakenly having two hunting rifles in his truck in the school parking lot on Monday, Aug. 20. 

Joshua Aaron Horne, 17, 1084 Tryon St., was arrested on a charge of possession of a firearm on school property, according to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office incident report.
