Trojans hold on to down Bruins

The Northwestern High boys notched the win, but this one was much tougher to come by Friday night.

The Trojans, who thumped LHS 74-37 in their first meeting a month ago, rallied for a 51-41 win over the host Bruins.

The Trojans' 10-point win gave them a sweep after the Lady Trojans held on for a 38-32 win over the LHS girls.

In the nightcap, the scrappy Bruins battled the Trojans to the wire before the visitors pulled out the win.
