Trained workforce

There has been much discussion lately about Lancaster County's needs for jobs and a trained workforce to do those jobs. Not everyone agrees on the same strategy. What are some of your ideas for job training?

Vocational Training

This county is probably full of cars, houses, appliances, etc, that need repair. We really need more local citizens trained to maintain & repair. We need to really ramp up the vocational training opportunities -- these jobs cannot be outsourced! And it would keep more money from being sent to China for replacements...
