Lancaster County Sheriff Barry Faile has three words of caution this week for people who don’t remove sweepstakes gaming machines from their businesses: “Take your chances.”
With the state Legislature on its way to closing a perceived loophole regarding the legality of sweepstakes machines, Faile is joining with several law enforcement agencies throughout the state to crack down on those using or possessing the machines.
