WINNSBORO – A Lancaster man received 11 years in prison for a 2006 shooting death on Thursday.
Michael Jerome Funderburk, 19, was sentenced by Judge J.C. Nicholson to voluntary manslaughter, a lesser charge of murder, 6th Circuit Solicitor Doug Barfield said.
Funderburk was charged with murder in the shooting death of Elandro Stradford, 19. Stradford was shot on a path behind the Lancaster Creamery on Memorial Park Road on Nov. 11, 2006.
