It’s getting harder and harder to believe anything that our Lancaster County Council says anymore. I’m out and about Lancaster County daily and it seems that other county residents have the same thoughts.
As I read County Council Chairwoman Kathy Sistare’s column, I was trying to figure out which part was the truth and which wasn’t.
